Marketing Grants for Nonprofits
We love the opportunity to partner with organizations that really care about giving back. It’s part of our culture here at Sparksight to support local non-profits in any way that we can. Often times that involves creating compelling overview videos done pro bono or drastically discounted.
Sparksight recognizes that non-profit organizations face unique challenges as they work toward growth and brand recognition. The most effective way to elevate a non-profit organization to the next level is to foster community around the cause – this is easier said than done! Each contributor can only reach a limited number of people with their story on their own. This problem is solved when an organization creates engaging and shareable marketing videos. Every advocate can spread the news exponentially with a simple click of a share button.
We’ve had the honor to partner with such illustrious organizations like Hope House, Power for Parkinson’s , Survive2Thrive, Heart Gift, Hand to Hold, Without Regrets, Mobile Loaves & Fishes, and Breakthrough Central Texas.
Most recently, Sparksight helped ROSE Women’s Foundation tell their incredible story pro bono in this nonprofit video overview.
“ROSE Women’s Foundation empowers women and children facing extreme poverty in Kenya through faith, entrepreneurship and education. ROSE provides hope and uplifts hundred of families out of poverty through sustainable small business and community empowerment.” Allie Amoroso, Co-Founder and Executive Director of ROSE Women’s Foundation says, “ROSE Women’s Foundation more than doubled in supporters because of the Sparksight introduction video. Thank you Sparksight team for your kind generosity and hard work.”
The life changing progress ROSE has made shines bright with a message of hope, teamwork, and awakened potential. Sparksight is proud to partner with ROSE to amplify their message to engage a global community of support.
As a Non-profit, Where can I get Marketing Funding?
Many non-profit organizations are intimidated by the cost of creating marketing content, since every dollar counts. We want to make the video creation process simple and have provided a list of grants where non-profits looking for grant money can apply. These nonprofit grants can help cover many of the costs associated with content creation and are awarded like any other grant. Many of these nonprofit grants are offered geographically based on location or by the type of work each organization performs.
The Top Giving Foundations in the State of Texas
The following list of top giving foundations in Texas is derived from GrantDomain, The Grantsmanship Center’s funding databases. Their website states, “All of the foundations listed have been prescreened to ensure that they have a staff, issue RFPs, or otherwise indicate an interest in receiving proposals. This also means that some foundations who give large amounts of money have been omitted because they do not meet these criteria.”
See, non-profits, you’re not alone! Not only do we want to assist you with your video projects, we too want to do our part and will offer all registered 501c3’s 30% off all of our video production. We look forward to partnering with you!
If your foundation or you know of a foundation in need of video work please reach out to chandler@sparksight.com, we’d be happy to help!
Do you work with non profits in NY?
I am the board chair
Hi Lois,
Yes! We have traveled all across the globe to take high-quality video for our clients, although travel expenses are billed back. In your case, it may be more cost effective to find a local production company extending similar offers to non-profits. If you are set on Sparksight, then shoot us a message at Sales@sparksight.com and we can talk you through a price quote for your project.
