Calling all video gurus!
Sparksight is searching for the next great part-time addition to our team. This paid video shooter/editor position will run from September 2017 – December 2017 and will focus primarily on video production – shooting and editing video, assisting on commercial shoots, and working with other team members to finish projects.
This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to get their foot in the door of the creative services world. Working with Sparksight, you’ll get the chance to dip your toes into many creative projects outside of your day-to-day duties. Success is a team effort, so there are always ways to learn and grow from everyone on the team.
You’ll be surrounded by a team of highly talented individuals with a wealth of combined knowledge. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated people-person with a thirst for knowledge and who will make the most of working for a creative company.
This part time position will be paid hourly for about 15-20 hours per week depending on the agency workload.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite specifically Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Comfortable around DSLR’s
- Basic Production Skills
- High school diploma and at least 2 years experience working in a fast-paced professional environment
- Ability to work on-site at the Sparksight office for all of your total weekly hours
- A natural attention to detail
- A constant desire to gain new knowledge and learn new skills quickly
- A positive, highly motivated, go-getter attitude
- Ability to work well with a team or independently A “people person” with great written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to manage time effectively and stay organized
- An aptitude in problem-solving
