This included the general session, solutions area, partner demo area and several off-site events. The General Session of Sterling Commerce's Customer Connection 2010 < http://webapps.sterlingcommerce.com/connection10/home.php> consisted of three massive video screens that were capable of playing environmental backgrounds with picture-in-picture presentations as well as full-screen videos. Sparksight developed custom-sized videos to play in unison on the three screens, including an opening video, product launch video and closing video. Sparksight also handled live streaming video during the event and high-level messaging throughout Customer Connection 2010; Big Dog Productions provided support with staging, labor and A/V (audio visual).
