Sparksight Expands to Keep Up with Demand
Thursday, June 18, 2009

Sparksight is expanding their physical space and their roster. Sparksight was incorporated January 2007 and moved into an 1,500 sq ft office in that summer. After two years, Sparksight has doubled their office space while maintaining steady growth through an economic downturn.

The increase in space has allowed Sparksight to increase staff and employ more contract workers. Once Sparksight had increased its office space the two principals: Chris Justice and T. Kelly Shores, CEO and president, respectively, made a strategic decision to change the office’s layout.

Prior to the redesign, Sparksight consisted of individual offices lining a long, narrow hallway. It was not conducive to the open, communicative environment Chris and Kelly desired and so plans for the build out were put into motion. The build out project began in mid-June 2009 and concluded in July. The build out has enabled greater collaboration and gives the office a “more inviting and open atmosphere,” says Kelly.

Today the office is twice the size it was when it was first inhabited and features an 850sq ft open area that welcomes guests, staff, clients, and partners alike. Sparksight plans to host educational events for local marketers and event planners and looks forward to accommodating the needs of its clients.
